Social distancing doesn't have to be painful. In fact, it can even be a therapeutic and restorative means of self-care if you carve out some time to get outdoors and take in some fresh, forest air. This week, while observing social distancing recommendations of our Public Health officials my family and I took a beautiful hike through Pinhey Forest Trails
